At Wooga, we use consultants to either fill out the gaps if we cannot find the right permanent resource or if we need to scale up very quickly.  

It can be quite time-consuming finding resources as many agencies go for quantity instead of quality and send us a huge amount of CVs and profiles that simply are not relevant.
