Ongoing quality assurance now fully implemented
Clients express satisfaction with ProData Consult’s new ongoing quality assurance of its consultants.
For the 6 months that the online quality assurance system has been tested with selected clients, the feedback has been very positive indeed. Now clients can more quickly and easily connect performance and matches between the individual consultant and the project, and the process provides clients with a much higher level of security and satisfaction.
The online quality assurance system is easy for clients to use, and frequency of evaluation is decided on an individual basis. The client can at any time monitor the performance of an individual consultant, as well as get an overview of ProData Consult’s overall performance.
The new quality assurance system also provides value for the consultant, who can more easily meet client expectations and needs, therefore achieving better evaluations that validate his or her skills in the context of new client projects.
Valid for all clients from 1 August 2012
From 1 August 2012 onward ProData Consult is implementing the online quality assurance system for all clients. This means that clients and ProData Consult can evaluate consultants’ performance, skills, responsibility, added value and teamwork abilities at any time during the project.
This will allow ProData Consult to quickly adjust consultant performance and ensure that all consultants meet client expectations and needs immediately.
