Forum evening about agile development and project management

ProData Consult in Hvidovre held a forum evening about agile development and project management. During the course of the evening, consultant Uffe Dejligbjerg shared his many years’ experience in the field and answered relevant questions from the participants.

Among other things, they discussed whether agile development models are as relevant as they once were, what types of projects are best suited to the agile model, when you can benefit from the agile methods – and how, as a consultant, you implement the process in the real world.

Uffe Dejligbjerg also described what characterizes a good Scrum Master, how you acquire managerial experience in the field, and whether certification is necessary.

Uffe Dejligbjerg has many years’ experience in the role of technical project manager with focus on agile development models such as Scrum. He originally trained as a civil engineer and has a background in systems development.
