Best annual result to date

ProData Consult has published the Group’s Annual Report for 2011, which is the best to date. Below is a selection of the main points:

• Both turnover and profit developed positively and satisfactorily for the Group. With a turnover increase on 35%, an improvement in EBIT for the Danish operation  on more than 20% and a growth in profit before tax on  19%, the Group turned out its best ever result.
• The income statement for the period 01.01.11 – 31.12.11 shows a profit of approx. DKK 15 million after tax out of a total turnover of approx. DKK 300 million.
• The balance sheet shows equity of DKK 21,729,701.
• The Swedish subsidiary also  came out of 2011 with its best ever result.
• The company was awarded “Best IT Consulting Company in Denmark 2011” by Computerworld/IDG.
• The company’s focus on the Northern European market and the consolidation of its core services both towards clients and consultants succeeded to a satisfactory degree.

Chairman of ProData Consult Jens Kyhnæb had the following to say about the report:

“We are very satisfied with the result, which is the company’s best so far. With the strategic initiatives undertaken in 2011, we have high expectations for this year.”

“Despite challenging market conditions, the company expects positive development for the Danish parent company and its subsidiaries in 2012. The company will strengthen its focus on local markets further, ensure synergies between its departments and companies and launch new initiatives in order to  service our Northern European customers and consultants even better.”
