ProData Consult Denmark acquires +50% of ProData Consult Poland

As of December 1^st 2011, the Danish incorporated ProData Consult  acquired +50% of the shares in ProData Consult Poland, which until this date operated on locally owned franchise basis. This means  ProData Consult in Poland now is a fully integrated unit of the ProData Consult Group. Group CEO Søren Rode says: "We see great opportunities and synergy effects between ProData Consult Poland and the rest of the ProData Consult Group. Full integration of ProData Consult Poland will not only mean that we can provide our clients in Scandinavia and Germany with highly qualified Polish consultants, but also that we are able to offer Time & Material Nearshoring services to our clients of guaranteed quality."
