In order to ensure the quality of their product in ProData Consult’s overseas divisions, foreign employees undergo regular training in the Copenhagen headquarters. In this way, high IT consultancy standards are maintained across the world.
Toward the end of May, we welcomed Frank Corr, CEO Ireland, Andreea Heler-Ivancenko, HR-Manager Romania and Alicja Ciach, HR Manager Poland, who all participated actively in a training program at ProData Consult’s Copenhagen headquarters.
The HR department was in focus, as was the quality system that ensures that local IT consultants complete precisely the same standardised quality and selection procedure across local divisions. In this way high global IT consultancy standards are maintained.
There was also time for some insight into sales and manufacturing. Employees followed Danish consultants in the field on customer premises and saw them in action.
