International Summit in Copenhagen

On the 14th and 15th of January, ProData Consult’s Copenhagen Headquarters played host to a meeting of CEOs from the European Divisions. Bulgaria, Ireland, Holland, Poland, Romania, Hungary and Ukraine/Russia were all represented at this special occasion.

General Manager, ProData Consult Europe René Jørck kicked off the meeting with a few well chosen remarks before Group Manager Carsten Lindskog held a talk focused on ProData Consult’s core values, overall strategy and objectives.

ProData Consult’s Danish Sales Manager Thomas Vater told the assembled delegates how best to further strengthen the relationship between customer and consultant. He also spoke of ProData Consult’s high IT consultant recruitment standards which ensure the best customer-consultant match and the targeted research that went into making that happen.

HR and Personnel Manager Claus Schack held a talk covering the importance of ensuring globally uniform quality in IT consultant recruitment. He also provided an update on the unique quality system that supports this crucial and fundamental process.

All in all an extremely profitable and interesting time was had by all, not least the foreign guests who took a number of new tools and a good deal of inspiration back home with them to their consultants, customers and employees.
