Welcome to Michelle Broe Pascall

ProData Consult welcomes Michelle Broe Pascall, who started as sourcing specialist at the office in Aarhus, Denmark in August.

Michelle has joined the sourcing department, and together with her co-workers, she is responsible for the important task of matching the right IT specialists to clients’ requirements. Reviewing CVs and helping to update them are part of her job, and she will also focus on nurturing and optimizing contacts to affiliated consultants.

Since 2012, when she completed her Master’s degree in corporate communication, Michelle has worked as an IT project manager and business developer at an international software company. Her specialty is the attraction and retention of resources.
