Two experienced Consultant Companies merge: 

Interim Competence becomes part of ProData Consult

The IT Consultant Companies ProData Consult and Interim Competence have per January 1^st 2014 chosen to merge. This has been effectuated in an agreement where ProData Consult takes over all stocks in Interim Competence.

The strong Interim Competence IT Consultant unit is integrated into ProData Consult. Key employees from Interim Competence continue in the new company structure with ProData Consult. For the clients of Interim Competence this means continuity and business as usual. They will continue with the same client interfaces and account responsible they are used to and they will keep the existing IT consultants on the same terms and conditions. Further, they will have access to a consultant supplier with an even bigger and international network of the absolute best and strongest IT consultants and have the possibility to gain the advantages of a bigger service portfolio such as Nearshoring in Poland, Management Consulting services and Vendor Management solutions.

With this consolidation we have an even stronger foundation to cover the increasing demand of specialized IT consultants and competences.” He adds: ”The merger is forged  with the intention of consolidating and strengthening service and delivery of IT consultants to Danish clients and ensures that we, as a merged company,  stand even stronger on the market as provider of expert IT consultants.”

The merged company will service Danish clients from the ProData Consult headquarters in Hvidovre, from the company’s department in Aarhus and new offices in Aalborg.

ProData Consult, being awarded Best IT Consultant Company in Denmark by Computerworld/IDG five times within the last nine years and the last three years straight, consolidates with this merger, its position as the biggest supplier within its segment in Denmark.
