Workshop for kunder: Using design as a strategic tool

This workshop was held at ProData Consult in Hvidovre the 5. Of December 2013. The workshop was held  by Christopher Scales and was attended by clients who were project/program managers looking for new ways to address problems, line managers looking to grow their capabilities, and developers and specialists.

Christopher Scale has spent the last 15 years practising Design and Innovation in both USA and Europe. As a UX and Industrial Designer, he has been working for Audi Design, Nokia Design, Lego Concept Lab and Casio US R&D Center. As a consultant he lead strategic design projects for the likes of Samsung, Lego and Beiersdorf. More recently he has been working for the packaging giant Tetra Pak to apply design thinking as a strategic input to the development of breakthrough products and services.

The workshop focused on the key principles behind ‘Design thinking’ as an approach to product and service development. Highlighting the key difference between more conventional development processes the workshop and also discussed why the approach potentially can yield more relevant breakthrough innovations for a company.

A lot of relevant questions and viewpoints where answered and shared at the workshop which gave the attendees new perspectives on how to solve future challenges.
