Fully booked seminar held on agile development and Scrum for ProData Consult clients
Rapidly growing interest in agile development and Scrum on the part of ProData Consult’s clients has resulted in two seminars on the subject, held at ProData Consult in Hvidovre during week 35.
The first seminar ‘How to get your business going’, took place on Tuesday, 27 August, when participants were given a better understanding of agile methods and Scrum and a better insight into how to get started with agile development as well as the benefits that the approach can provide.
The following day, Wednesday, 28 August, the seminar ‘Agile development and Scrum – how can we make it better?’ was held for clients with prior knowledge of agile development and Scrum. This seminar focused specifically on the issues and challenges that companies and projects may face when implementing agile development, and what adjustments are needed to make agile development work.
The seminars were a combination of presentation and workshop – and the participants learned many tips and tricks on how to optimise agile development and Scrum.
Both seminars were fully booked. Read on for a few comments from some of the participants:
“Good review and it provided input for further investigation. Very interesting and a great talk with a practical and manageable approach.” – S. Donsgaard, TopDanmark
”I took away a lot of good tips and practical solutions, and the seminar itself was a good mix between talks and group work.” – K. Petersen, ATP
