ProData Consult wins award as Denmark’s best IT consultancy for the third year in a row

For the third year in a row and the fifth time in nine years, Computerworld has selected ProData Consult as Denmark’s best IT consultancy.

ProData Consult is Denmark's best IT consultancy, shows Computerworld's Top 100 analysis that each year evaluates Danish IT companies on a number of selected key indicators calculating the health and growth of each business.

ProData Consult has existed since 1994. With headquarters located in Hvidovre and a department in Aarhus, the company also has departments in Norway, Sweden, Poland and The Netherlands.

ProData Consult finished last year with after-tax profits of DKK 13.7 million and DKK 292.5 million in turnover.

Company profits rose 5.2 % while the profit margin was 6.4 % and the rate of return reached 27.1 %.

ProData Consult is founded on a model that features a small number of employees and a network of several thousand expert freelance consultants, which increases flexibility and navigation possibilities.

ProData Consult’s core business is a network of expert IT consultants consisting of approximately 4,000 Scandinavian freelance consultants and 10,000 European consultants, each with a minimum of five years of professional business experience within their particular core competences. The large number of consultants spans a wide spectrum of IT skills and profiles, allowing ProData Consult to meet client requirements for specific IT competences with fast response times – usually within 24 hours.

”A great deal has been written and talked about recently as to the shortage of IT people, but this must be due to ignorance about the way that talented IT people want to work,” says ProData chairman Jens Kyhnæb. "The message is that these IT people exist, and that there is no shortage of talented IT people in Denmark. But they can only be sourced through consultancies.”
